Pure Indian Foods has its roots in a family tradition that began in 1889 in Haryana, India, when the Agarwal family started producing ghee using time-honored techniques. The original family shop still operates today.

In 2008, Sandeep Agarwal and his wife Nalini reestablished the family legacy in the United States, launching Pure Indian Foods in New Jersey. Inspired by their heritage, they combine traditional methods with sustainable practices to bring premium ghee and organic products to modern kitchens.

Pure Indian Foods produces organic ghee using milk from grass-fed cows raised on pesticide-free grass. Each batch is crafted using traditional clarification methods, preserving its authentic flavor and nutritional benefits.
