Farmtrue was founded by Kim Welch and Lynn Goodwin, two women deeply inspired by the ancient principles of Ayurveda.
Kim Welch, a nutritionist and advocate for “food as medicine,” discovered ghee’s healing properties while caring for her daughter’s chronic illness.
Her studies at the California College of Ayurveda deepened her understanding of holistic health, motivating her to co-found Farmtrue.
Lynn Goodwin’s wellness journey began with yoga and nutrition, eventually leading her to Ayurveda’s mind-body-spirit approach to healing. A chance meeting with Kim turned into a partnership, and together they launched Farmtrue to make Ayurveda accessible and practical for modern families.
